At the foot of Gragareth, Lancashire’s highest peak, and framed by the Yorkshire Dales sits an enigmatic building that reflects its surroundings.

The restaurant is the oldest part of Hipping, dating back to the 15th century, with timber beams, original floor and chalk and gritstone paint. The guest lounge and guest bar with luxurious red leather club chairs lead on to seven bedrooms, including the Tatham Suite, a secret hideaway at the top of the house.
Head Chef Oli Martin’s inspiration comes from the fields and farms of this abundant rural area.
