About Lunesdale Hall
Kirkby Lonsdale’s Institute was renamed The Lunesdale Hall in 2013 by the management committee to make it more attractive as a venue for a wider range of social activities, including christening and wedding celebrations.
It was built in 1895 and is a much-used public building for all manner of activities, from parties and exhibitions to demonstrations, meetings, coffee mornings, theatre and film shows.
You can find Lunesdale Hall in the town centre, close to several car parks. It is also on local bus routes.
