The Heron Theatre, Beetham
Come along to join in the fun at the Heron Theatre on Friday 10th June 2022 at 7.30pm. Following their visit in 2019 audience members said of The Jester’s Jigsaw, Sarah Price and Nicky Parker ‘they must come again’. They have performed improvised comedy from Edinburgh to London and will team up with some surprise friends to host a night exclusively for us. A show that will be occasionally unpredictable but always full of fun and laughter – it’s one not to be missed!

The Heron Theatre
The Heron Theatre is a listed building which was formerly the local 18th century two-room Grammar School in Beetham. Located just off the A6, between Carnforth and Milnthorpe, on the southern fringes of the Lake District, the theatre has comfortable raked seating for 80, with the Box Office and Bar located in the pleasant foyer and exhibition area.
We trace our origins to 1948, when a local headmaster formed an ambitious amateur drama group in South Westmorland. This flourished through the years, mainly through the performance of plays, together with film shows and literary events.
