Phoenix Rising Market Day
Join members of the Phoenix Rising creative team at the Phoenix Rising Market Day: artists Danielle Chappell-Aspinwall and Sue Flowers with Helen Flatman-Leece owner of the Gathering Fields as they share their love of creativity and the environment for increasing your health, happiness and wellbeing.
They will be on hand in their Market stall to help people understand how to manage stress and anxiety through making and creating art. Choose to walk around the town, visit the exhibition of artwork in St Mary’s church, contribute to the Kirkby Towntastic bunting project or make your own wellbeing jar!
