A May Medley – Spring-back Concert!
The Dentdale Choir
The Dentdale Choir present their first concert in three years so please do come to support them in their spring-back concert, with a familiar May Medley on Saturday 7th May 2022 at 7.30pm in St Andrew’s Church Hall in Dent. The concert will include an enjoyable collection of familiar folk and classical songs, with special guest Peter van Hulle, one of the UKs leading character tenors, and friends of the choir ‘Grievous Bodily Harm’.
The programme takes its inspiration from two themes. The first theme, “folk song and folk memory”, and the second “inspired by the classics”. All are welcome to attend.

Tickets £7.50 on the door, children free. Price includes wine, soft drinks and nibbles. Raffle.
Peter van Hulle
Peter is a professional opera singer (tenor) and classical recording artist with 25 years experience as a soloist in the top opera houses of Europe inc La Scala Milan, Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, English National Opera and in Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin, Salzburg, Munich, Budapest, Venice etc. He has also recorded many CDs/DVDs, radio/TV broadcasts. The Dentdale Choir
The Dentdale choir is a 30 strong SATB group. We are a non-auditioning choir and our aim is to make music that we are proud of in a relaxed and sociable setting. The Choir has recently celebrated its 40th Anniversary marked with a concert.
