Concert for a Changing World
The Heron Theatre, Beetham
Following his two previously acclaimed performances at The Heron, singer/guitarist Keith James returns on Saturday 18th June 2022 at 7.30pm with these unique and timeless songs of vision, question and change, with words that reverberate with the tenacity of human spirit in these times of brooding disquiet, fractured societies and civil unrest. Songs that have changed history and moved people to do what they never thought possible.

The Heron Theatre
The Heron Theatre is a listed building which was formerly the local 18th century two-room Grammar School in Beetham. Located just off the A6, between Carnforth and Milnthorpe, on the southern fringes of the Lake District, the theatre has comfortable raked seating for 80, with the Box Office and Bar located in the pleasant foyer and exhibition area.
We trace our origins to 1948, when a local headmaster formed an ambitious amateur drama group in South Westmorland. This flourished through the years, mainly through the performance of plays, together with film shows and literary events.
The theatre is situated in Stanley Street, Beetham, LA7 7AS
